I have been going to Trio Fitness since they opened. I love the variety of classes and instructors. No two workouts are the same and they kick me into shape each time. Bethany and Kendal are attentive to each member and it feels like everyone is family. So thankful for this place!

I’ve been going to Trio Fitness for about 3 years and continue to see progress! The women who run the gym are incredible leaders and push us each and every work out. Highly recommend if you like a challenge and a friendly environment. Gyms can be intimidating especially if you’re new to fitness. This place will make you feel welcomed and educated from the moment you walk in!

Trio has been amazing. I originally signed up to get ready for hunting season, three years later I am still going multiple days a week. It’s been a game changer for me. I’m over 50 years old and just finished an eight day back country hunt in Idaho covering over 72 miles and felt great. Thanks to Trio!

TRIO fitness is my THERAPY! I have been a member there for almost four years and I have loved every minute of it, each and every one of the trainers make you feel so comfortable before, during and after every workout. Members and trainers have become such family to me and I will forever be apart of this gym.

You would be missing out if you don’t try this gym. First of all, the owners make you feel like family! Second, there is no judgement. You workout in a group setting but at your pace. I love Trio Fitness and the owners who work so hard to make this a comfortable place to workout!
