I started going to Trio Fitness last fall, & I knew almost immediately that I was going to love it. The instructors are AMAZING, the vibe is positive, & the classes are challenging, but dare I say it...fun (words I never thought I'd say!). They keep you motivated with different challenges throughout the year & do things like "Spirit Week" which was a real highlight! I truly can't say enough good things about Trio. Check them out, you won't regret it!

I absolutely love Trio Fitness. I go 4-5 times a week and each day I am challenged for 45 minutes by all of the instructors and every class is a new and fantastic experience. Furthermore, the community of people are all incredible people and I have developed so many great friendships. If you have not yet been to Trio I encourage you to give it a try. You will experience “The Best Class of the Day”

Trio is such a great workout with great community! Kendall, Bethany and Julia lead such fun and challenging classes that really help me build muscle and get a good sweat going each morning!
