Company representatives were rude and combative when my neighbors and I called them about the construction hours rules. They were starting much earlier than allowed. Also their construction site was disgustingly! McDonald’s bags everywhere, cigarette butts— I guess they just throw trash on the ground? And then it gets blown around the entire neighborhood. If you want an ugly, white, box home that appears designed by AI, then that’s what they produce!
Giving you a 1-star review because an employee or the owner (who knows) driving the company pickup truck first tailgated me, flashed their lights on me, and then proceeded to brake check me almost causing a terrible accident all because I wasn't driving "fast enough" on a 65mph speed limit road (I was going 75-80mph). I don’t know who they use for contractors or how they do their work, but their job sites look very unprofessional and messy and unorganized. The last picture of nails on the side walk. Like be serious.
