I've owned an Easy Pilot for 11 years and recently had an issue with it hunting in the "track" mode. I was unable to fix the issue over the phone so when I was in the area, I flew into Gillespie Field and within 15 minutes of Chuck instructing me what to do (cleared an apparent corrupted (EPROM) everything seems like it is back to normal. I also resolved another issue related to my transponder announcing traffic alerts and that was a bonus! Great bunch of guys to work with, what more can you ask.
