The turbo actuator for my 2014 Touareg TDI worked perfect and solved the problem. When UPS failed to deliver the part in time, Lester went out of his way (way, way out) to try and locate the part and even went so far as to find another actuator already in the US that could be delivered, though UPS finally delivered the part a week and a half late. To say Lester exemplified customer service would be an understatement. If I need another part for my Treg, and Trio Automotive carries it they will be my first choice! Wish I could... read more
