Cess is a fantastic resident manager! She is so lovely to interact with and has a way of making everyone feel looked after. Whether it’s a small request or a larger need, she handles everything with such care and grace. We feel very lucky to have someone so dependable and kind running things here.
So grateful for Cess for helping us retrieve our package. Trio wouldn’t be the same without her! Kudos!
Amazing place to live with outstanding management! I’ve been living at TRIO Apartments for some time now (in building 337), and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and modern and the views from my unit are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. I lived in Trio for almost 5 years. It’s such a convenient location close to the Save on and shoppers, as well as a few restaurants.The team that manage the building are so helpful. The building also has a gym. Highly recommend.
After living here for a few months, I wanted to update my review with a bit more perspective. The location remains exceptional — steps from restaurants, cafés, grocery options, pet services, wellness studios, and everyday conveniences, while still feeling quiet, safe, and welcoming.
