It was easy to feel at home at TRIO. Responsive management, friendly neighbour environment, and close proximity to amenities.
We lived here for a bit over 4 years. Management has always been on top of all the issues as they arise and they take action. Shout out to the property manager, Cess Castillo (and the ones before her), they are approachable and willing to help out. Never had an issue or needed to call maintenance with our unit or the appliances which are great quality. Would strongly recommend renting here.

Living at Trio Apartment has been wonderful! The view right outside our window is absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The apartment is cozy, modern, and well-maintained, and the resident manager Cess is so nice and very helpful. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort with Kelowna’s natural beauty, Trio Apartment is a perfect choice!
