My daughter and I are learning so much in our Mommy and Me class. We have so much fun every week, we don't want class to end! Our teacher is knowledgeable and patient. The gym is always very clean.
Everyone needs to try this!! If you want an upper body work out that you'll feel in the morning this is where you'll get it. My buddy and I took a private class, it was an amazing value, the instructor was amazing, she knew what she was talking about. She made us comfortable with the hoops and we had an outstanding time!! We are definitely going back for more. I recommend everyone to try it, you won't regret it!
I have gone to Trio multiple times and I have had a blast every time! The instructors are upbeat, educated and encouraging. On the movements I really didn’t feel comfortable doing, they gave me modifications on various levels. An hour class flies by because of how much fun you have.
