Really good neighborhood pizza spot! 🍕 The pizza is fresh, the crust is really good, and you can tell everything is made with care. It’s a family owned business, which makes it even better to support. Definitely one of those local spots you want to keep coming back to. If you’re in the area and looking for some good pizza, definitely give them a try!
Trino’s Pizza left a terrible impression on me. The owner’s rude, dismissive attitude made the place feel unwelcoming. Basic questions shouldn’t be met with hostility, and paying customers shouldn’t have to put up with being spoken down to. Good service starts with basic respect, and that was missing from my experience. There are plenty of other pizza places I’d rather support. I wouldn’t return or recommend this one.
What stood out most about my visit was how comfortable the owner seemed speaking disrespectfully to customers. Her raised voice and condescending tone were enough to put me off this place entirely. I expect basic manners when I walk into a restaurant. Instead, I left feeling like my business was an inconvenience. An owner sets the tone for the whole establishment, and the tone here was unpleasant and unwelcoming. After that experience, I have no interest in returning.🙄😤
If I can give it no stars I would! The way the owner speaks to customers is unacceptable. During my visit, she repeatedly raised her voice and complained about small online orders, saying she wasn’t making enough money from them and would cancel them in the future. What should have been a simple interaction turned into an uncomfortable lecture. I understand that running a business comes with expenses and frustrations.
