Called the place at 6:00p to see if they could do a piercing. The young lady on the phone informed me that they closed at 7. I arrived at 6:31p and was greeting with a very uncomfortable comment, “ you was supposed to be here before 6:30, ma’am” (passive aggressive) which I wasn’t informed it was appointment based if so I would have scheduled an appointment.
