Approached the desk 3 mins past the 15 min late policy due to trying to use the kiosk in waiting room to sign in and was told I could not be seen. Drove 35-40 mins for this appt and drove cautiously to not hydroplane as it had been raining and rt 22 was holding water in both lanes. I offered to wait as I understand there was a policy (and waiting room was totally empty. Figured waiting would not be an issue) and was still told to reschedule. Wish I could give them less Stars. If you have an emergency you're better off at the ER.
I have had nothing but a pleasant experience here with all the staff! Dr. Milburn is the first doctor to properly diagnose and treat me, resulting in a pregnancy we prayed so hard and so long for. I’m so grateful for the staff at Trinity and the care they provide.
Do not come here! I was treated super poorly by Dr. Milburn. He was very monotone and annoyed the second he walked in for my visit. I was polite still. He kept saying how he wasn't going to operate on me because of my weight and that my uterus was diseased and everything. He said I was too high Risk for a hysterectomy. He kept bringing up operating and my weight. Made me feel terrible about myself from the start. His tone and bed side manner was awful. Basically if he can't make money off you he is a jerk to you. My client called in and the front staff told her she had to wait until October and she is in pain then this woman had the nerve to ask her what race are you this is why so many black women pass away due to mistreatment y'all have to do better
