Legit the worst experience I ever had! Waited 45 minutes after my appointment to be seen for 5 minuets getting told the same thing I've been told my whole adult life "lose weight" then walked out. She didnt listen to my concerns at all nor asked any followup questions. The medical student was more attentive. Then they handed me someone else paperwork I realized it when I was in my car so had to go back and get the right paperwork. Honestly best to look elsewhere for care.
I actually really like this office. I've never waited for my appointments and I'm in and out quickly. I go twice a week now and it's always quick and easy. Everyone is nice. If you want a magical and personal experience, this may not be your place. But, they are nice, not pushy, and very efficient. My last ob had me waiting 30 min to hours each visit and were unbelievably pushy/judgy.
Dr. Safie delivered my first baby, and I had nothing but good experiences during my entire pregnancy and delivery. I am seeing her again for my 2nd, and once again having a great experience with them! They are quick to answer the phone and call back. They see you at your appointment time and don't make you wait. Dr. Safie and her nurses are all very friendly and attentive. They remembered me and asked how my son is doing. I highly recommend them!
I'm surprised of the poor reviews. I was just there today. Staff, nurse and doctor were all professional, helpful and guinuinely very nice.
Dr. Nerissa Safie is compassionate and caring. She will help you feel at ease during visits. She has genuine interest in patient's well being and gives information in a clear and gentle manner. I had my fibroids removed and everything went well. Im grateful for all her advice and help😘
