This place operates unethically and takes advantage of customers who may not be familiar with car maintenance. I strongly recommend avoiding this business and taking your car to a reputable, honest shop instead. What I assume was the owner or manager clearly told me one price and tried to change it once he saw that I was approved for a higher amount.
