Coming up on a year with Trinity Wellness and I'm definitely going to continue. I feel incredible breakthroughs that continue to crack open next levels. Working together to ease my nervous system with incredible results.
I was only in therapy for 3 sessions and knew right away that this was not going to be a good fit. This therapist doesn’t give you the full hour sessions and barely provides feedback insight or information. She teaches you breathing exercises via text or a YouTube link that doesnt work! Information i have been using on my own. Jamee has been nothing but amazing. Not only does she make me feel validated, she has provided valuable coping techniques to help me daily for stress and anxiety but most importantly she is helping me grow into who I want to become! Cannot recommend her enough!
