Called for a quote to replace a water hydrant. Took them weeks to respond. A competitor I ended up using was thousands of dollars cheaper. I felt Trinity was trying to take advantage of me with their pricing. I'm glad I shopped around. I asked them to take me off their email list but I still received spam emails from them, which compelled me to write a review, even though I hate being 'that person'.
Service tech was great.

Quoted but they left out the travel fee in their quote. Not impressed!!
