The place is nice and quiet, very peaceful, neighbors mind there own business, it's no ratchet, I LOVE it!. JUST DONT EVER RENT A TRAILER HOME HERE! DON'T DO IT! YOU WILL REGRET IT! The company that rents them (MT-TX2 Properties), they don't attend your needs went it comes to appliance emergency, not even AC on summer calls, even though if you pay your bills on time! like I do so.
