We have been seeing Dr Rob at Big Creek since getting Mia and when he left there, we could not wait for him to open his own place. We just love him. Spends time with you and tells you everything in terms you can understand!
We were recommended by a friend to try Trinity Vet Hospital since our regular vet doesn’t see exotics. They did a fantastic job with her spay! You can tell they truly care about animals.
First, they explain everything they see in clear and understandable language, with their opinions on how to proceed and the relevant pricing. For example, they wanted to check on my dogs body for tumors or other signs of concern. They also recommended a blood test to check for hypothyroidism among other issues. Dr Rob and staff are absolutely amazing, I won’t take my animals to anyone else. There are so many good comments I have for the past 3-4 years I’ve had my animals with Dr Rob and his own vet hospital definitely radiates the empathy he has for his patients. In the past 5 months alone Dr Rob has twice squeezed us into his busy schedule last minute; once was the day my elderly dog was actively dying and most recently was when one of our other dogs was struggling to walk due to age related issues.
