Great local service for brakes and tires. The Tire Factory is my go to when one of our vehicles needs work to keep rolling, stopping, and steering!
I came in on a spare after hitting a rock slide in a rain storm ~20 miles west with my rental car. Just wanted to determine how safe I was, and how far I could go on the spare. They diagnosed a cracked rim and gave me great advice on how to exchange the car with the rental company in Redding. I offered to pay for their help but they declined it. Great service when I really needed it. Wish I could clone this place.
