I have bought 3 cares through Trinity over 30 years. In 2030 is was looking to by a Subaru, Went to Trinity Subaru 1,2.service and got stuffed around by experts who thought they knew everything. Went in for its 3 service and was amazed by the difference in customer service. The chap who booked me listened to what I had to say and explained every thing to with the problem I had. William was excellent in being courteous and helpful regarding my car service and knew his stuff re the Subaru. I would highly recommend him. But the people answering the phones need to be better trained at taking messages accurately and passing them on. My husbands message to Trinity was ignored early regarding his car.
