What a fiasco.Booked in for 3 year service. No Transmission oil in stock so standard service. Service finished but diffs not done. Had to wait for position 3 on hoist. Job finished at 1200hrs. The bill. Replace Pollen filter which is a part of the service and included in the servise cost was charged an extra $73 for filter and $40 to fit it ( 3 min Job ) didn't know I had 2 Pollen filters. Replace Diff oils the simplest job on the car ( I have done a Landcruise in under 15min with a 20 ltr drum pump ) $246? Cant be serious. ... read more

Booked for 60000 service on my 2022 Musso arrived to hear the gearbox couldn't be drained due to no parts .as part of this service charged $900 and will have to go else where as it will probably be 2 weeks for part so they top up trans oil .....travelling Australia and had services done . No problems at other Service centres...oh we didn't want part sitting on shelf if you cancelled!! . 7 hours later I still was waiting for my car. Thanks Trinity I won't recommend to travellers.
