Trinity solar came out and there sale person explained what the difference in cost would be between buying vs leasing.We were informed that we had a choice to either take a tax credit or take 6300.00 off the sale price if we chose to purchase.We decided to purchase and that are payment would be 76.00 per month and that would not change.We did not receive a contract from Trinity,we did receive a contract from Sunnova which I docu-signed.I am a 100% disabled with PTSD and did not read the 20 or so pages.I called many times an... read more
My solar system installed by Trinity Solar stopped working in June 2019 and till now (May 24th 2021) it is not repaired. I called several times and gave up on them. Recently the North Hempstead Town office called and told me that there is a work permit opened by Trinity Solar and need to be closed. Ever since I am trying to reach Trinity and they don’t have an answer for it. Don’t know what to do now. So please be very careful if you are planning to use them. Worst company and customer service ever
My experience with my solar consultant DOUG WALDEN & Trinity Solar has been perfect from the first meeting through installation and now I am about to receive my FIRST SOLAR CERTIFICATE Check for the Solar Electricity my system is producing.
