Do not believe anything they say about how great their Referral Program is. They never actually pay you, just make excuses and tell you when you can expect the payment which keeps getting pushed back further and further. You used to be able to reach someone in the Referral Program. Now you just get put into voicemail and they say someone will return your call promptly, which never happens.

I used to work for them, and the product was alright, nothing groundbreaking. With Sunnova going bankrupt too though I would definitely recommend other options. It's a very fast revolving door of employees there since they treat their employees terribly. I trained multiple reps for them and, at the end of the day, they will throw you under the bus everytime. Maybe look into Palmetto?

Trinity Solar has been a pleasure to deal with. Let me tell you how I came to be a customer of theirs. One of my patients had just taken a job as an appointment setter for Trinity. To help him out I had him set an appointment for me. I knew nothing about Solar but was curious about it. The salesman, Hameed contacted me and we set a time to get together. We had a wonderful experience! Hahmeed Darham was our Sales Rep and really nice to talk to! The team was professional and finished the job way ahead of schedule! The new roof only took one day, and the panels also only took one day! Great job!

Trinity has been absolutely great! Hahmeed helped us get our home qualified for it and now we have power from the sun at no cost to us! I didn't think Penn hills got enough sun, but I was wrong! Can't wait for this summer to watch my bills go down!
