The customer are so bad, I wish never installed their panels. The panel bracket was not sealed properly and roof was leaking so bad. They came 2 times already and couldn’t fix the problem. They did even want to take off all the panels and check under, and now it is impossible to schedule with them, every the roof team guy promised someone will call me, but they never did. If you see my review, please walk way from trinity, they are so bad.

⚠️ READ BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! ⚠️ I was clearly told by both Trinity and Sunnova that my solar panels would be removed and reinstalled whenever I renovated my home — something they were aware of before installation. Now both companies refuse to honor that, leaving me with panels I can’t touch and major financial loss. It’s incredibly disappointing that they continue advertising and signing new customers while ignoring existing ones. I expected better. Definitely not a company I can recommend or trust.

CONSUMER WARNING Trinity and Sunnova misled a homeowner I know into believing their solar panels could be removed and reinstalled during future home renovations, something both companies were fully aware of before installation. We hired Trinity Solar to install solar panels on our roof. They needed to cut down some trees in the yard before installing the panels, however there was a tree near a power line so they hired PSE&G to remove it. When PSE&G finished the job they left the tree cut in large pieces all over the front yard for two weeks during the spring which rained nearly every day. Unfortunately it caused the huge logs to sink into the grass causing depressions deep into the lawn which needs to be leveled now. It also killed all the grass wh... read more
