I was assured by Trinity and Sunnova that my panels would be removed and reinstalled during future renovations. Now they refuse, leaving me stuck and out hundreds of thousands of dollars. They continue marketing to new customers knocking on doors getting people in Home Depot, while neglecting existing ones. Completely untrustworthy.
I have never dealt with a company as frustrating as trinity solar ]. The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. My solar system was installed five months ago, and I am still waiting to hear back about the transfer of my lien. They've been having issues with Sunnova, and the situation has become so dire that I've had to hire a lawyer to file a lawsuit against them. If you're considering going solar, stay far away from this company. They are a nightmare to deal with!
Trinity Solar is a complete failure. Had panels installed back in March of 2025. This is August and system is still not up and running. Have contacted them at least two dozen time tby way of email, text or phone. Spoke with Ivy the salesman, Howard and recently Stephanie. I am frustrated that 0 stars is not an option because that would be a more accurate reflection of my experience with this company. After just moving into my neighborhood I was approached by two companies Trinity and a competitor solar company to install panels on my home.
