Terrible experience. Made appointment for consultant. House is currently being built and when he came he was insisting i start the pre approval process before a hard date of a week away. I wanted to see what the panels would look like on my new roof like all the other companies did before signing anything. I also wanted a price emailed to me from the company on what they designed. Horrible company been dealing with them for almost 3 years to fix a mold and roof issue due to a leak from their solar panel installation. They should’ve never been installed on my roof and they keep giving me the runaround. Definitely don’t bother with this company. They don’t wanna do the right thing and take care of their problem that they caused. My younger daughter Also got very sick from the mold
I’m starting to regret getting this solar it’s just sitting on my roof, no activation, unable to get to anyone to talk to, all sweet talks until they stuck it on your roof and abandoned you.. it’s been months and I’m frustrated
I was assured by Trinity and Sunnova that my panels would be removed and reinstalled during future renovations. Now they refuse, leaving me stuck and out hundreds of thousands of dollars. They continue marketing to new customers knocking on doors getting people in Home Depot, while neglecting existing ones. Completely untrustworthy.
I have never dealt with a company as frustrating as trinity solar ]. The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. My solar system was installed five months ago, and I am still waiting to hear back about the transfer of my lien. They've been having issues with Sunnova, and the situation has become so dire that I've had to hire a lawyer to file a lawsuit against them. If you're considering going solar, stay far away from this company. They are a nightmare to deal with!
