Stay away form Trinity!! The salesperson blatantly lied. We were told that if there was a problem with our electrical service, the cost was built in and if it was determined at installation we did not need extra service, we would be refunded. HAHAHA. Conveniently "forgotten" he said that. He also told us the same roof story as another on this forum. We now have a nonworking system which was supposed to be monitored 24/7 by Sunnova.
