This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever worked with. They tore the building apart, created fire hazards with unprofessional and unsafe electrical work. Then they overbilled by ten percent higher than what is in our contract. As a separate issue, the solar array doesn't work consistently, but they estimate how well it would have worked if it did, and then bill us for that. Entirely confused by this company. They came to our door to sell us panels and have not shown up to our scheduled appointment 2 weeks in a row after several confirmation texts and robo calls. Do they even exist? Is this a hoax to steal data or something?

I went with solar for two main reason: 1. Environment. Thinking it is more sustainable/better energy 2. To save money on my electric bills. Was told I would save money. But seems I am paying more for electricity than if I stuck with National Grid and how it was before.

Had two groups of people come to my house today to try to sell me on their scam from Trinity...I’m also registered on the Haverhill no knock registry with the police department. And all their positive reviews are from employees!
