I am very disappointed that I am receiving any response from Trinity Solar or Sunstrong management about my leaking roof! I tried messaging through online support, on chat and have been working on this since 12/22 . I’m not sure what else to do. Hoping that someone will be responsible and attentive to my needs as this company was wonderful to work with initially.
Excellent roofing installation! Crew completed job in one day with a meticulous cleanup despite fading daylight. Trinity roofing Tyler was very responsive and in close contact. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the Trinity roofing replacement and solar panels installation. Started with James Volosin Jr. (got his information from a neighbor) who always responded promptly, from beginning to end, even on weekends or early mornings. He interpreted the new tax law correctly on what situations can claim the solar credit, which showed he stayed on top of new changes. The roofers came early and worked nonstop until finished.
