I had solar panels installed by Trinity Solar just about 2 yrs ago. The monthly rate I am paying them for the leading of panels exceeds the reduction in energy costs. So I am paying more than I did before I went solar. Big mistake. This was not what I signed on for. I was told my system is too small to generate much in savings. How would I know what size I needed? They are the ones that made the decision. They refuse to accept responsibility. Stay away from them. Run for your lives!
Crew came out and banged my roof out in one day , cleaned up a took special care of the things I overlooked that I didn’t move & moved them for us . Thank You
My solar panels have been literally on the ground in my backyard for a year !! I had to repair my roof because they created a leak! The least they could do is put my panels (that I’ve been paying monthly payments for without producing) back on my roof !! They gave me the run around ! Stay away from Trinity!
I am so angry with these trinity solar people I was talked into solar last year which of course required me to get a new roof which cost me $17,000 and I’m paying almost $160 a month for these solar panels and still getting ridiculous electric bills from eversource. I’ve done everything to cut our energy consumption but somehow even with solar I’m receiving ridiculous bills. Trinity is a scam
