Went solar with Trinity and Anthony Venditto. The crew did a great job. Externally smooth. Everything Anthony said would happen, did happen. So I have faith
Our experience with Trinity has been disappointing and frustrating. Their customer service is just horrible … showing up for appointments we weren’t aware of, then not being aware of actual scheduled appointments. We were told we were all set, just waiting on city inspections, then called to set up follow-up appointments. Totally confusing. I couldn’t be happier with my solar install as well as the best rep out there, Andrew Ziemba! I paid 40 bucks for February and just received my March bill that says, “No Payment Due.” All with NO MONEY out of pocket! Hard to believe, for this early in the spring!
We are doing solar Anthony Venditto came out and made it simple Stable bills. Predictable. Guaranteed. Protected. Trinity Solar is a winner.
They will not leave us alone! We took one meeting with one of their reps Kevin, who proceeded to spew homophobic slurs until we had him leave. We have called thier office multiple times to tell them to never come on this properly again.
