Mom has been there since Sept. 2017. She loves it and I think she is getting the best care ever. Staff loves their residents. I love the fried fish on Fridays. Place is clean and they check on Mom every 2 hours around the clock. She gets her meds and baths on time. All the important things are taken care of. No complaints here!!!
My mom was there for 2 years. Last July Cornerstone took over and it has gone downhill fast. Staff is new and not well trained, carpets are dirty and the residents complain they are bored. I was going to move my monm to another facility and she passed away before I could. I was told I have to pay another 30 day rent because we did not give a notice. I asked how do you possibly do that and was told they would start the day of her death. I received a phone call about this the day after her funeral. Need I say more?
I feel like my parents are in good hands at Stonehaven Assisted Living! I can rest easier knowing that Stonehaven can pick up on the little things when necessary. Besides great care, the activities are stimulating and fun!! Thank you to all of the staff!
