From a 3 years patient - Very disappointing experience. My 3-month appointment was cancelled without any notice. I had already booked time off work and drove from Rothesay, only to be told it’s “their policy” to cancel appointments like that. No phone call. No email. No warning. No apology. I have a very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist after experiencing some dental trauma at a young age, and the staff at trinity royal are so accomodating to ensure that I have a comfortable and positive experience each visit. Amy is my dental hygienist and I have Dr. Kate for my dentist, and I cannot say enough great things about both individuals. What a great dental practice. From the moment you walk through the door it's nothing but professionalism and kindness. Dr. Kate was amazing and provided a pain free experience. Amy the DH was great. Coming from someone who has a bit of a fear of going to the dentist, you couldn't ask for a better experience.
Amy has been my go to for many years. Superb and top class dental hygienist. Her professionalism, demeanor, explanation of procedures, gentleness, skill in cleaning, effectiveness of homecare advice creates my overall patient experience and satisfaction. She really takes pride in her work and her passion is evident. I leave each visit feeling confident that my teeth are getting excellent treament. It is assuring to know your hygienist has got you 24/7/365. I highly recommend her. Thank you for all that you do Amy!
Was very rude with the fact I slept in for my appointment which it was at 8:30 in the morning, weren’t understanding at all, and hung up in the middle when I was talking, very rude indeed, also should really clarify abt that 1 hr rule, the fact I have to now search for another dental clinic adds so much more stress
