Was given unnecessary treatment plans and put through pain for literally years because of these guys for no reason, other than $1000-2000 more in their pockets. Definitely do not recommend.
Not happy for the experience of waiting almost an hour not being attended by a dentist. I was only informed after 45mins sitting on the chair that the dentist was on a surgery. It could have been better if they called in to cancel before arriving at the clinic and I could have cancelled my off hours from work. Is this a sign not to come back?
From a 3 years patient - Very disappointing experience. My 3-month appointment was cancelled without any notice. I had already booked time off work and drove from Rothesay, only to be told it’s “their policy” to cancel appointments like that. No phone call. No email. No warning. No apology. I have a very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist after experiencing some dental trauma at a young age, and the staff at trinity royal are so accomodating to ensure that I have a comfortable and positive experience each visit. Amy is my dental hygienist and I have Dr. Kate for my dentist, and I cannot say enough great things about both individuals. What a great dental practice. From the moment you walk through the door it's nothing but professionalism and kindness. Dr. Kate was amazing and provided a pain free experience. Amy the DH was great. Coming from someone who has a bit of a fear of going to the dentist, you couldn't ask for a better experience.
