Was very rude with the fact I slept in for my appointment which it was at 8:30 in the morning, weren’t understanding at all, and hung up in the middle when I was talking, very rude indeed, also should really clarify abt that 1 hr rule, the fact I have to now search for another dental clinic adds so much more stress
I would like to thank Dr. Jerry Wowchuk and his crew. Everyone was so welcoming and polite. Mr. Wowchuk has taken care of me and explained everything in details. The clinic was very clean and hygienic. Would highly recommend anyone who is dealing with their tooth health. Lucky to have Trinity Royal Dental Clinic in the town.
I LOVE Trinity Royal. Every time I go there they treat me like a rockstar. I leave feeling better about myself as a human than when I got there. Jackie is always so delightful at the front desk. She is kind and efficient at her job. Amy the hygienist gave me one of the best cleanings I have EVER had. Very thorough. Dr. Jerry, Dr Juila and all staff are excellent. They are honest and hardworking, knowledgeable and kind. I have dealt with many dental issues and they always fix me up perfectly with minimal discomfort. So grateful to have to have them!
