All of the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to serve the needs of my family. I would recommend this clinic to any family looking to secure a family doctor
They’re impossible to get ahold of, they often miss phone consultations that were scheduled, they get appointments wrong in their computers, the doctor is late 90% of the time.
Very good in person, dr. Anand is a good doctor, though it is very frustrating to get ahold of the clinic, as of right now I have been hung up on 6 times this morning and am still attempting to contact the office. I used ava connect to make the appointment I needed because no one would answer the phone but I also needed to speak with reception and being hung up on 5 minutes into being on hold is rediculious. I have been attempting to get ahold of the clinic since 10:20am and it is now 11am and am still being hung up on.
I have only been in Didsbury for under a month. My parents have been here for a long time. Coming from an extensive background in medical office assisting for the top doctors in charge of their departments and hospital, such as internal med, dermatology, and interventional cardiology as well as family medicine, and physiotherapy, I want to say that the secretary, (I think she is a twin), she is phenomenal, and the doctor is so caring, listened, and attentative. We LOVE Trinity Rose. My husband and I have a different doctor than our daughter but they are both amazing. Tracey the receptionist is our favorite, she is always so pleasant to talk to and always manages to get us an appointment with the best availability as our schedules are quite tricky to navigate, but we love Dr. Akin, we love Dr. Anand.
