My family and I have been going to this place for over 10 years and it has definitely gone downhill in the last two years. Dr. Smith is no longer there which is sad because she was a great doctor, since she left that place fell apart. You can’t get through to anybody to make appointments and if you do get through you end up booking weeks in advance.. if you do get an appointment you end up, waiting an hour in the waiting room! Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ezeilo! He has a very calming presence and actually takes the time to listen to you! After going through a terrible pregnancy he was on top of making sure I was taken care of! When I arrived for my first check up with our baby girl he greeted me with a big hug and congratulated me as if we were family! We are so grateful to have found such an amazing family doctor! Thank you Dr Ezeilo!
Probably OK if you’re not a Senior
Not a great clinic, I've been a patient for 3 years and for some reason I'm always seeing a different dr despite the fact that I book with a specific dr every time. My needs were almost never met. Now I've been kept waiting 45 mins and someone came in after me and saw the dr, even though I had an appointment and was here before them. Probably best to go to olds or Carstairs or somewhere else, which is what I will be doing as well.
