I really love Dr Pannu, however the customer service is beyond sub par. Your hours are either listed wrong, or the hold message is wrong in saying 4pm. I understand switching to the online booking for ease, however I cant be on hold for upwards of half an hour trying to get a link so I can book online.
been in their call queue for the last 45 mintues. The phone has rung about 9 times and I still haven't spoken to a human.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to serve the needs of my family. I would recommend this clinic to any family looking to secure a family doctor
