When we had hail damage to our roof, we had Trinity come take a look, they were able to come out right away after the storm. They said that the entire roof needed to be replace. Allstate thought only half the roof needed replacing. Trinity took the time and effort to report the damage in even more detail to get Allstate to agree that the entire roof needed replacing. All our neighbors around us were getting entire roofs replaced, so we couldn't understand why Allstate would not do the right thing, but Trinity straighten them... read more
