The lady at the front desk initially shut the bulletproof glass when I approached to ask if there was any update after testing his blood, then opened it after I stood watching her play a game on her phone and smugly told me that she had already informed the staff that I'm waiting. Accute appendicitis has seen a 6 hour wait so far...
