Friendly facility, but .... As time went on I felt I wasn't any better off than when I first came. I had missed one appointment because I had a stomach virus. When I told Elaine I didn't feel I was improving, she blamed it on me "lying around in bed for days." Wrong, false assumption! Truth be told, I wasn't in bed AT ALL and continued with the exercises, I just didn't want to come to the facility and get others sick. I felt I wasn't "heard" in my concerns.
