Wow, this place is a godsend! Elaine is a miracle worker, and a true healer. I struggled with a slight disc herniation for a long time. A good chiropractor and a great acupuncturist helped me quite a bit, but Elaine got me over the hump in just one visit. The stretches she told me to do really help. I'll be doing the stretches, and then hearing a "pop" and I get a great release. My calves no longer feel tight. And I'm now able to wear favorite shoes I couldn't for months!
