Phone calls were not being answered this morning It took an hour before I finally got thru I waited several times on hold
Only concern I had about it all was 3 of us went together (family ) and 2 were given tests that the other did not get and none of us were given our eye exam results ..Hmm But everyone was extremely nice !!
Dr. Gokey was very professional and was very informative as to what ause the problem.
Terrible experience, I had to walk out of my appt. Dr. Sierra Unruh, unprofessional, inexperienced with people. She was very much confused about why I was there. I had no problems with the lady that assessed me. This was my first experience being bullied and having a person project their problems on me to the point that she wanted me to record the visit? I had to walk out. No way was I going to be examined by this individual.
Physician, nurses, and receptionists were all great. Very professional, courteous, and even very nice and pleasant!
