Impossible to get through to them. I found out that some people will sometimes call Vision Gallery to get a message to them... how utterly ridiculous for a professional medical services provider depend on a competing business to take your messages because you're phone system and staffing allotment are inadequate. Get a system that can take a message and STOP leaving people on hold for nearly half an hour.
Dr. Schimke was great
Terrible customer service,in particular the billing department here,not to mention canceling appointments for eyeshots, very rude and unproffesional.
Dr Dickens doesn't listen to his patients. I went in to get checked for my lazy eye to make sure it wasn't causing my seizures as I got referred there. The nurse who was with me noticed that my eyes would wander when she did her tests and when I told her how he ignored me because he's a surgeon and checked me out, she wondered why. Nurse was amazing but not the doctor sadly
Was there 8 minutes early for my appointment and stood in line for almost 20 minuted just to get checked in! Dr Gokey didn't even acknowledge my husband at all. He did a couple of tests then did an ultrasound on my eye told me to come back in 4 months for a recheck and left. Didn't ask if I had any questions or anything. My doctor in Bismarck had me go here due to not having a retina specialist in Bismarck. I don't want to go back.
