Dr. Gokey is so kind and knowledgeable. I don’t have enough good things to say about him. He took his time to answer all my questions, and made my whole experience as good as it could be. He’s very educated with great social skills and bedside manner.

Impossible to get through to them. I found out that some people will sometimes call Vision Gallery to get a message to them... how utterly ridiculous for a professional medical services provider depend on a competing business to take your messages because you're phone system and staffing allotment are inadequate. Get a system that can take a message and STOP leaving people on hold for nearly half an hour.
Dr. Schimke was great
Terrible customer service,in particular the billing department here,not to mention canceling appointments for eyeshots, very rude and unproffesional.
