Long-time patient. Multi disciplinary practice with female Drs also. The wait can be long
Great medical clinic if you like waiting for an hour +
Joke of a place. 75minutes late.
Great practice with a wide range of services, eg GPs, podiatry, nursing and more. The only concern is the reception team as they are often rude, abrupt and unwelcoming. When clients check in or ask for information, the staff often give the impression that they’re being interrupted or simply can’t be bothered. As the frontline of the service, a more friendly, respectful and approachable manner would make a big difference to enhance the service.
Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. The way I was spoken to by staff felt dismissive, disrespectful, and unfair. I felt judged and treated as though I was being dishonest or trying to access free services, rather than being listened to and supported as a patient. The lack of empathy and professionalism was unacceptable. Healthcare staff should make patients feel safe and respected, not embarrassed or accused.
