Attended on a Sunday morning to see a GP PLUS: bright and airy waiting areas, one of the very few clinics in the area open on a Sunday, receptionist told me that there could be a long wait time when I made my telephone booking - I was happy to accept that (thinking up to a 60 min wait would be ok as I had to see a GP that day) MINUS: wait time blew out to 80 minutes. Got checked in at reception by Aphrodite and subsequently seen by Dr Saied for a pretty last minute appointment. Having been a new patient I thought there’d be some major delays but it was all smooth sailing and staff were very friendly along with the doctor himself. Glad I’ve found my regular GP so close to home
