I honestly had an amazing experience living at Campus Walk Apartments, and I’m very grateful I chose this community during my time in Durham. One of the things that stood out most was how quiet and peaceful the community is. I've really enjoyed living at the Campus Walk location, and I've appreciated how involved and available Trinity is to their tenants. The regular safety communications, the quick and effective handling of maintenance requests, and the ability to reach out to a real person when needed are HUGE benefits. Not to mention the non-restrictive breed allowance for dogs. I moved here on my own in 2024 after a separation, and I had the freedom to adopt a lovely pit mix from Durham APS. We've both been incredibly happy here.
I’ve lived with Trinity Properties for six years in two different places, and I have been so impressed with their continued care, communication, professionalism, and warmth. From their office staff to the maintenance team, I have felt that my time, energy and living space have been treated with respect. Their apartments and homes have always remained affordable, despite cost of living increases. I have never been surprised by the rental renewal amount. I highly recommend living with Trinity Properties!
I have nothing but great things to say about Trinity Properties. The Georgetown apartments are quiet, well-maintained and right off the Ellerbe Creek Trail. What really sets Trinity apart is their staff. They are SO responsive, kind, and eager to help.
