I lived in their georgetown apartments for two years, and loved it! It's a quaint neighborhood and fairly walkable (3 blocks to east campus) and ~10- 15 min walk to Durham farmers market.

We had a great experience with Trinity Properties! Lots of good things to say about the leasing office: communicated updates well, responsive to maintenance requests, cared about safety, and always cordial to interact with. A nice value price-wise as well (they even offered to lower rent in response to federal policies that affected a lot of residents). Overall, a great spot for affordable living near Duke's campus.

I HIGHLY recommend Trinity Properties for anyone moving to Durham (especially Duke graduate students). I had a wonderful experience here. My questions were always answered promptly, maintenance requests were addressed quickly, and they were wonderful to work with as I was touring different housing options in the area. Trinity Properties is truly the best property manager I have ever worked with!

I really enjoyed my stay at Poplar West! The front office is so responsive and friendly and maintenance was always prompt. Overall a great experience!

I lived here for 2–3 years, and overall had a great experience. Close to Duke, reasonably priced, and the units are spacious. The leasing office staff were excellent: experienced, responsive, and helpful. Few things to be aware of however. First, the area has some crime issues (few car break ins while I’m there). Second, the occasional pest problems, which are fairly typical in older NC units during the summer. And last, the ac unit can struggle to keep up in the summer, especially if you have one of the bigger units.
