Absolutely horrible. I was hired on. Told I wasn’t good enough, but the best option out of other applicants. Only thing I didn’t know about was saturation index and a mechanical leaf trap. Everything else I New like the back of my hand. I could easily perform 95% of the work they require and they only offered me 10.50 an hour for training then 12 an hour after training.
