I started looking for an assisted living place for my sister. I look at alot and none of them did I feel good about. But then I met Amy and I had a load taken off my shoulders. All of her staff is awesome. They treated my sister like family. We have our 96 year old aunt who is living there and she gets the best of care. Due to my sisters health we had to move her elsewhere. I cannot say enough good things about Trinity Place ALF. Amy and her entire team are all amazing. My sister was there and unfortunately had to be moved to a skilled nursing facility due to her failing health. Amy went above and beyond by helping us find the right place to relocate my sister, which was so appreciated. My 96 year old Aunt still resides at Trinity Place where she receives excellent care. Our entire family has been more then happy with our entire experience.
I will only share honesty here. I have good and bad to report. Trinity place looks beautiful, activities are great, stimulation is pretty good, and the food seemed decent too. Most of the staff seems to care about the residents and were kind to my Nana. Some were very rude to her too but that seems to be normal in this type of place unfortunately. Guilty of resident dumping and negligence. Patients are not given proper care and when the patient has to go to the hospital over an injury THE FACILITY CAUSED due to negligence, they refuse the patient. Hopefully this place gets shut down soon. Very wrong how they treat people who can’t speak up for themselves
