I've been living here at Trinity pines for 2 years I've never had any bad Situations Jason the property Manager and the maintence team always been helpful nice to me and Respect I always see the yard cut and Clean This Property is the Best I've ever Stayed at Thank you Jason and the Team Trinity Pines if I could give more then 5 Stars I would You Guys are the Best
The move in process was easy and the apartments have great pricing. Jason is a great complex manager!
Let's get a new leasing agent for the office. The older blonde lady (maybe sandy blonde) was extremely rude to me when I went to inquire about an apartment. She didn't even invite me into the office. She literally stood outside and stared at me as if she didn't want to help. She was also very snippy with me when I initially talked to her on the phone and continued that attitude when she walked back toward the front. I was astonished at her behavior.
