Lived there some years ago and most tennants were trash. I did know 1 or 2 that were nice but overall, most people that live or have lived there were garbage. The guy that used to live in house to keep up repairs for the tennants was very nice including his family. The owner and his wife? Low class and scummy. When we left we left the apartment in WAY better conditions and clean enough to eat off the floor which is way more than how they had it becore we moved in.
