The complete utter lack of professionalism and tone is unwarranted. Clerical Errors and no answers on what can be done besides waiting. To be told I’m not entitled to MY funds in a specific time frame, because your company made errors on checks sent. I highly encourage you to NOT utilize their services due to this experience. I understand there are procedures in place for these mistakes but the snarky sass and lack of answering the phone / questions is abominable for a business setting.
