I arrived at 11:30 for a pu.i had to go uphill to sit for 3 hours and wait for a phone call. Once I got the call I waited in the dock another 40 minutes before they started to load.the two stars are only because the lady at check in and the guy who was at the window when I checked out
Quick loading, docks are a bit tight if it's busy with a lot of trucks.
