The guys really know how to keep the momentum going and they know what they’re talking about! It’s fun going everyday working out, and talk with new people! The prices are great and totally worth it! I highly recommend doing this if you’re looking for a great workout!

The trainers are always encouraging and open to give any advice and knowledge about workouts, nutrition, supplements etc. Plus, they can modify any exercise to fit your level of fitness. I have been doing p3 for 2 years and do not regret trying it. I can always count on p3 to give me a good workout!!! Highly recommend it to anyone.
