Everytime I go there for Court order anything, they literally cancel without notice until you get there. However, this isn't everyones experience. Depends on where you stand with the courts. Or what statistic they want you in, Completely will do anything to compromise getting whatever you need for court.. 3 years ago I went here for treatment and was in a really bad place. I was not the easiest person to deal with but casa trinity made the experience worse. The staff would give us and help us get cigarettes in. Purposely taking cigarettes out of our locked possessions and ignore them in searches. It was the same with cell phones. And I was kicked out because of the cigarettes the staff gave me. But I didn’t wanna be a “snitch” and kept quiet. They proceeded to pass me down to the ER stranded. I live in Syracuse. I think the people who work here really try to help you. Quick to get on Suboxone, or offers sublocade injection and methadone. The counselors are great. I feel comfortable going here.
