They do offer mental health services separate from substance programs, worth knowing before you call. The staff were very kind and helpful.

I brought a friend in crisis to Casa Trinity for outpatient intake, and what I witnessed was alarming. While sitting in the lobby, I personally observed what appeared to be multiple drug exchanges—pills and small baggies—happening openly inside the building. I also heard a patient casually talking about connections to drug dealing. Outside, individuals were visibly impaired and nodding off on the sidewalk. Everytime I go there for Court order anything, they literally cancel without notice until you get there. However, this isn't everyones experience. Depends on where you stand with the courts. Or what statistic they want you in, Completely will do anything to compromise getting whatever you need for court.. I mentioned this to them after 4 cancelled appointments and how my boyfriend never has this problem well, ironically he went in the next day and the whole system was down and everyone had problems.. probably to make sure th... read more

3 years ago I went here for treatment and was in a really bad place. I was not the easiest person to deal with but casa trinity made the experience worse. The staff would give us and help us get cigarettes in. Purposely taking cigarettes out of our locked possessions and ignore them in searches. It was the same with cell phones. And I was kicked out because of the cigarettes the staff gave me. But I didn’t wanna be a “snitch” and kept quiet. They proceeded to pass me down to the ER stranded. I live in Syracuse.
