I think the people who work here really try to help you. Quick to get on Suboxone, or offers sublocade injection and methadone. The counselors are great. I feel comfortable going here.
Absolutely terrible service. The person who does their insurance and financial part you cannot EVER get a hold of her - not sure how she even has a job to be honest. I’ve called every day for two weeks and left voice messages and still have yet to talk to someone without them just saying “please hold” and basically hanging up on me because they never return…. I was contacted about an administrative position and a very paranoid girl...CLEARLY ON HEAVY DRUGS..answered who IS admin...kept asking questions and placing me on hold and asking more questions she seems to think the position that needs replacing is hers...I don't doubt it... and refused to connect me with HR. Calling corporate asap.
They really care about their people.
