Love living here. I’ve been here for 2 years and never had a maintenance issue. I don’t have a single issue with roaches. It’s a quiet complex with friendly residents all around. No issues with parking around my building. Super dog friendly. The whole left area of the complex has a well kept woodsy area with trees and lots of shade. Me and my dog find a spot out there everyday just to relax.
I lived here years ago and came to tour with Jayce. The property is SO much cleaner and nice. Will be applying soon.
Went to stay with a friend and his apartment is super nice and clean. Not a single roach! So I decided to tour the apartment and Jayce was super helpful and informative. Will be applying soon!
This place is awful highly do not recommend and so glad to be leaving. We were here a year and had problem after problem.. pest control is not a thing; you pay for it but they never come. Gated community, I don't think so, it hardly ever worked. Office management is a joke. They are rude, never take you seriously or make you feel like a bother.
