This place is awful highly do not recommend and so glad to be leaving. We were here a year and had problem after problem.. pest control is not a thing; you pay for it but they never come. Gated community, I don't think so, it hardly ever worked. Office management is a joke. They are rude, never take you seriously or make you feel like a bother. Worst place to ever live there is roaches and it’s so gross. Management sucks and never answers your calls it was a horrible experience living there.
The office was very helpful with coordinating a fast move in and very appreciative of their service.
SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Signed a lease dated to end 4/30/25 Gave my keys to Zulma (property manager) - placed them in the palm of her hand, in person, on 4/30/25 at approximately 5:15pm (when I get off work) and they're claiming my move out date was 5/01/25 and trying to charge me May rent on my final invoice. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES On top of the roaches, musty apartment smell, and leaky AC system. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere nicer and more reputable was my lesson learned.
Used to be nice place but right now situation unbearable. The new management are not helpful at all and they don't care, not friendly , never answer calls. Too many problems here starting with water bill. You pay 200$ at least monthly event if you don't use water. The complex charge you for the empty apartments utilities fees even trash. So if the rent 900$ you are going to pay 1300$ for 1 bedroom for example.
