I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the treatment tha my husband received at Trinity Medical WNY. The front-desk interaction was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He was not treated like a patient seeking help. He was treated like a problem to be moved elsewhere. He was given the impression that he should go to another location, even though that location was apparently not accepting new patients. I came here to see the hours that the doctors office was open and was shocked to see all of the negative reviews. Obviously people just come here to leave negative reviews and people like me with 20 years of positive experience are not. Dr Zorich and his team are very competent and courteous and I have never experienced anything else.
The receptionist is probably the rudest lady I’ve ever met. Every encounter I have had with her over the past few years is condescending and mean. If you don’t like your job, please retire or find other work. Maybe specifically where you don’t have to talk to people for a living. Just a thought (:
