The “nurse” I spoke to recommended going to an urgent as they would not see me for close to 3 months . Got in same day with another office . Being pretentious must me a qualifier in this office
I like my doctor, who is semi-retired, but the service from the rest of the staff is subpar at best. Some of the triage RN's are the rudest women I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Also, for whatever reason, they can't seem to get my pharmacy right. It looks like I'll have to start looking around for a new primary.
Terrible place with god awful front office. Tried to become a new patient and they lost my information twice. Third try they said I wasn’t accepted and gave no reasons. By far the least professional medical establishment I have ever visited.
They refused to see me because I wouldn’t wear a mask, but the woman at the front desk wasn’t wearing a mask when I walked in. She only put one on when she saw me come in the office. Also same woman has a horrible attitude and sounds like she hates her job.
