I came here to see the hours that the doctors office was open and was shocked to see all of the negative reviews. Obviously people just come here to leave negative reviews and people like me with 20 years of positive experience are not. Dr Zorich and his team are very competent and courteous and I have never experienced anything else.
The receptionist is probably the rudest lady I’ve ever met. Every encounter I have had with her over the past few years is condescending and mean. If you don’t like your job, please retire or find other work. Maybe specifically where you don’t have to talk to people for a living. Just a thought (:
I’ve been a patient of this office for over 10 years. I always had great experiences with Dr.Andres, and his nurse Nancy. However, after messaging with a nurse recently and her telling me to call a number because Dr.Andres was on vacation I did so. The man who answered was extremely rude, and unprofessional to say the least. I explained that I had been messaging with a nurse over my chart and he got angry with me saying there’s no message here.
