This place should be shut down!!!!! EVERYTHING I write below I have seen with my own eyes & heard with my own ears! Maybe 15% of the CNAs that work here actually do their jobs. Half the time the CNAs are being caught making Tictoc videos while their patients lights are going off! They allow the patients to smoke right by the door and allow the halls to fill with cigarette smoke! They allow people with oxygen tanks to smoke around other people. What if that tank blows up?
