Here I am up at nearly 4am tossing and turning in my bed due to the fact that I no longer feel safe at a place that me & my child call home. I live in Mariposa apartments in okc, in the last year and a half we had 5 different apartment managers and 5 different maintenance men (because they don't get paid). Trinity was on the news in okc for not fixing their shit. I moved in my first apartment after 5 or 6 months being there, I was infested with bed bugs and I had so much mold in my apartment my bathroom and halfway ceiling was falling in, my wife has asthma and lost her job, I got sick but thank god I'm still working. They are slumlords. They have no integrity & no real management skills. Human monsters that prey on the poor, sick & elderly. While not providing basic heat, hot water or basic utilities to tenants. You complain they try to bully or intimidate you. Blame you for the problem instead of fixing it. They talk to you like you are scum. Even if you are a loyal customer. That has done nothing wrong. They are in New Mexico now. And we already know they are ....Slumlords.
