I can't recommend Philip enough! I was actually the listing agent on a property that he assisted a buyer with for their mortgage. Communication was flawless!! Never once did I have to reach out for an update, they always provided everything before I even had a chance to ask. Philip is awesome, he helped my wife and I finance our first home and saved us money compared to other lenders. He communicated and worked quickly and efficiently to get us into our new home and made sure we were happy with the numbers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home !
