Philip and Trinity Mortgage made the process of securing the loan on my new home as simple as possible, and were always communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. I had not used a mortgage broker before and was largely unfamiliar with the mortgage application process when having a home built. I cannot say enough great things about Phillip and Scarlett at Trinity! They worked with my husband and I to purchase our first home. They worked quickly to get us pre approved so we could make an offer on the home as soon as possible. When our offer was accepted they worked with us to get all the paperwork in order before a preplanned / out of country vacation. They explained everything to us and made us feel so comfortable with the entire process! I really would recommend them to anyone - especially first time home buyers!
