Made an appointment for service. They were nice and informative on the phone. Then we waited all day for them to show but they never did. No follow up call or reason for the no show. Disappointing
I spoke to a gentleman Friday night he gave me to his assistant Tori, who I gave the details to of the RV and the problem. She assured me that she would be out there Sunday after church and I thanked her for being able to come out and help us on a Sunday. I told her we would have absolutely zero reception to receive any phone calls and that we would be waiting. My only complaint is that he upcharged me by $150 at the end of the job even with me having text message proof of the total price that we agreed on before hand. I also have an invoice on that agreement. He called it poor communication! Again, I have proof of our agreement and he didn't seem to care.
Trinity was absolutely amazing! They came right to our campground! Very polite and professional!!! We will be using them from now on! Life Savers!!!!
Guy took good care in fixing my RV an was quick to get it done, got to me within an hour...highly recommend
