I have two granddaughters that have gone there for therapy. One of the counselors has canceled her appointments for the past 2 1/2 months and she really needs counseling. We have found a new counselor for her my youngest granddaughter who also went there for counseling had her counselor go to another facility Counselor was not there when we went in and waited for 45 minutes and never came out never answered phone calls and three months later still has not contacted us It’s very sad that this is supposed to be a Christian org... read more
My daughter started here because it was recommended by a past employee. But my daughter just gets pushed under the rug, not seen regularly like requested, I am very disappointed in a place that is supposed to help people mentally, but instead is not helping their situation. Lauren N. Is suppose to help my daughter. Not make her feel worse.
Small waiting list big opportunity for self care.
I did therapy with Nikky and Jenifer and it was very helpful and comforting . It really helped me in learning to forgive myself and leaving the past where it belonged and learning from it …
