It seems awful to leave a negative review but I’m still trying to correct the issue 4 months later...just a suggestion to Trinity, maybe you shouldn’t fill out the funeral guest books for your clients, from getting the fathers name wrong to absolutely horrendous handwriting that my mother now has to look at because Trinity wouldn’t replace the book they were charging me $100.00 to replace it myself and by the time I was able to do that they had discontinued the book so now I’m all over the internet trying to find a memorial ... read more
