I went to this office for seeing NP Nicole Wagner for gastroenterology. It is a very beautiful and clean office. The front desk, Maddie was very kind and understanding. The nurse that took my weight and blood pressure was very gentle and helpful. Nicole was very lovely and caring. She listened to everything I said attentively. I have had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Hassan Patail. From the very first visit, I felt completely dismissed, as he immediately tried to attribute my symptoms to anxiety and ignored my concerns. He embodies the worst of a stereotypical male doctor who disregards his patients' own knowledge of their conditions, and frankly, I found his attitude to be unprofessional and arrogant. Compassionate staff who care for their patients
I was seen by Dr Shad on February 17th for vertigo after being referred by the ER , I was prescribed meclizine to help with the symptoms and was told to take if I had a reoccurrence , on March 27 I had to begin taking the meds again as I was having another episode of dizziness , after 3 weeks with no change in symptoms I called the medical office on April 16th, after being on hold for 30 minutes someone answered and said “ oh you have the wrong number, here is the correct one” , I dialed and again was on hold for 30 minutes,... read more
